A CHANGE OF PLAN, CLEARLY HANDLED

Plans change. Clarity shouldn’t.

Understand the difference between requesting a cancellation, receiving confirmation and getting a refund—before the real order journey begins.

Clarity comes first.

  • A request is not a confirmed cancellation
  • Order stage affects the next step
  • Refund status is a separate milestone

Draft updated 5 October 2026 · Not a final legal policy.

Please note: This is a sample flow. No order is cancelled and no refund is processed. Cancellation cut-offs, seller acceptance, charges and refund timelines are not finalised; stage examples below are proposed guidance only.

SAMPLE ORDER DEMO-1001 · Confirmed

Request before the journey starts.

Proposed flow: check current eligibility with the seller before accepting a cancellation. No live eligibility rule has been set.

All stage guidance is illustrative. Exact cut-offs, charges and refunds remain undecided.

01 / Cancellation

Requesting a cancellation

Start from the correct item and order.

In the proposed live experience, you would sign in, select an eligible order item, check its current status and review any applicable conditions before confirming a request. A submitted request should produce a reference and a clearly stated outcome.

The sample explorer below operates only in this page’s memory. It does not read or modify your account, test-order records, inventory or payment status.

02 / Cancellation

Before & after dispatch

The parcel’s actual stage matters.

A proposed pre-dispatch request would require a seller or fulfilment check. A packed item can already be queued for handover, so acceptance should not be assumed from a label alone. Exact eligibility and cut-offs remain undecided.

Once a parcel has been handed to a courier, cancellation may need a different resolution. This preview recommends checking support and return guidance instead of promising interception. Delivered-item issues belong to the return process rather than cancellation.

03 / Cancellation

Cancelling part of an order

Keep the remaining items and totals clear.

The future flow should identify the selected item and quantity, preserve the remaining items and explain changes to any shared charges or promotions before confirmation.

Partial cancellation, bundles and split-seller rules are not implemented here. This draft does not promise that every item in a multi-product order can be cancelled independently.

04 / Cancellation

Refunds after cancellation

Approval, initiation and bank receipt are not the same.

For a future paid order, any approved refund should show the eligible amount, method, status and payment reference. Refund eligibility, deductions, handling of shipping charges and bank processing estimates require approved rules.

No payment is taken by the present test checkout. There is therefore no money to refund from a test order. The sample cancellation confirmation is not a financial transaction or an approval.

05 / Cancellation

If a seller cannot fulfil

Customers should receive an explanation, not silence.

The proposed live experience should identify the affected item and explain if a seller cannot fulfil it, with the resolution and any refund progress shown separately. Inventory mismatch and operational problems need specific handling before launch.

No seller-cancellation automation is connected in this preview. There is no promise of a substitute product, compensation or a particular refund date.

06 / Cancellation

If the outcome is unclear

Keep the reference and ask for the next step.

For live orders later, retain the order and request reference, note the status shown and use the verified support channel. Do not repeatedly submit a request without checking whether an earlier one was accepted.

The Contact and Grievance pages show the current channel status. They do not yet accept formal cases. Final support ownership and escalation timelines must be published before live cancellations are offered.

THE SHORT ANSWERS

peace of mind.

Visit all FAQs
Does clicking the demo cancel my test order?

No. The demo is local to this page and never modifies saved orders or contacts a seller.

Can I cancel after dispatch?

The final rules are undecided. The proposed design directs shipped orders to support and return guidance rather than promising a courier interception.

Will there be a cancellation fee?

That has not been decided. Any applicable charge or deduction needs to be clearly shown under approved rules before confirmation.
